ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) level 3 is an emerging enterprise-level management solution that encompasses many of the capabilities and functions that are necessary for supporting the life cycle management of human resources. It is comprised of four key capabilities: enabling people and their leaders to effectively communicate; building tools to support effective and efficient work planning; enabling people and their leaders to effectively manage and deliver on the information that they need, and providing information to the workforce on the performance of its teams.
